Last updated: July 15, 2026

IDSheet is a private, offline utility for building passport and ID-photo print sheets. This policy explains — plainly, and completely — how the app handles your information. Short version: it doesn't collect any.

1 No data collection or transmission

IDSheet is offline-first by design. There is nothing for it to send anywhere, because it never connects to the internet at all.

2 How your photos are accessed

IDSheet only ever sees the exact photos you choose to hand it.

3 Saving and exporting files

When you export a sheet as a JPG or PDF, it's written straight to your own device storage — typically your Pictures or Downloads folder — using Android's standard MediaStore system. On older Android versions, the app may ask for storage permission solely to write that file; on newer versions, Scoped Storage handles this without needing broader access.

4 Children's privacy

IDSheet is a general-purpose utility, not directed at children, and — because it collects no data from anyone, of any age — it complies with COPPA and similar regulations by design.

5 Changes to this policy

If a future update changes how the app handles data, this page will be updated to match. Checking back here occasionally, or via the Play Store listing, is the way to stay current.
